Salisbury Chamber Welcomes New Director
On behalf of the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors, we are excited to announce the hiring of Tracey Brown as the Chamber's new Executive Director! Tracey will assume her role on January 17th and is excited for both the future of the Chamber and the Salisbury business community.
She is an experienced leader, with strong event planning, budgeting and marketing skills. Tracey has a passion for our community and is already known to some of our members. She will represent the Chamber, serve as the main public contact and spokesperson for the organization.
Ms. Brown received her degree in Economics from Salem State College, has run her own business and served in the public sector. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and hiking with her dogs.
Everyone is excited for this new chapter for the Chamber. We as a Chamber Board are excited about her addition to our community and your Chamber. The new director will be holding 'meet and greets' starting in February. Please join us in welcoming Tracey and wishing her much success!

Salisbury Chamber of Commerce
Salisbury, established in 1638, is one of the oldest towns in Massachusetts. There are many historical homes and sites throughout the town and was instrumental in the early overland trade routes to the north. Salisbury is an ideal vacation spot that has been a vacation destination for decades. It boasts a scenic five mile long sandy ocean beach that features modern facilities, swimming and lifeguards. It is an easy vacation commute to Boston (40 minutes), New Hampshire (10 minutes) and Maine (30 minutes). The town offers restaurants, small shops, motel or ocean front cottage rentals, weekly fireworks, concerts and many other summer activities. Salisbury is also bordered by the Merrimack River that flows into the Atlantic Ocean where one can take fishing and whale watching cruises or just take a jog, casual stroll or bike ride among the unspoiled marshes on the paved Coastal Trails Network. Lodging options include five campgrounds that collectively have over 1,000 campsites and feature wooded or sites that are directly on the beach.
