WANTED DOABon Jovi's music means a lot to millions of people across many age groups. As one of history's most successful music acts with over 130 million RIAA certified sales and countless awards, it's no wonder there is a sea of tribute acts looking to capture a bit of the Bon Jovi star dust. There is however, only one who truly captures the authenticity in what Bon Jovi's music is all about and what their fans demand; Wanted DOA.
Wanted DOA is not just another tribute band but a collection of world class veteran musicians from the music industry dedicated to meticulously recreating the sounds and concert experience of one of history's most successful music acts. There is a message of hope and an essence to the Bon Jovi experience that resonates with the masses and it is imperative to get that part right.
Right means having the perfect lead singer to fill this role. Meet Rich Figurido, a man who is a veteran musician who has graced the pages of international music rags such as Circus Magazine and Metal Edge Magazine. "Bon Jovi is an inspiration to me both musically and professionally. True emotion is so difficult to capture in the studio, and they’ve mastered it" proclaims the lead man. A singer who's ability to reach into your heart, look into your eyes and deliver the Jon Bon Jovi communiqué with precision and belief. The similarities between Jon and Rich's voices are downright scary.
The foundation of any rock band lies solely on the skins man in the back and Wanted DOA has one of the best in Steve Carter. Born and bread in Chicago, "Chicago" Steve has toured and performed with members of James Brown, Gin Blossoms, Tower of Power, and Dave Mathews to name a few. "I have played in many projects and drumming many styles throughout my life. I have always been a huge Bon Jovi fan and when I heard Wanted DOA, I knew I wanted in"
Wayne Moda, a musician from the John Paul Jones school of bass playing cements the bridge between the lead guitars and drums. "As a young musician, my influence came from the albums of the eighties. When I think about music that has been present and relevant in my life, there is no other band that comes to mind. The body of work is unprecedented in Rock and Roll and they [Bon Jovi] have been able to reinvent themselves in every decade" states the bass ace.
Which brings us to keyboardist Jeremy Huessi, Progressive Rock Award winner from Limelight Magazine for Sea of Black, Collaborator with Michael Sweet of Stryper and Angelo Anastasio of Toto. Jeremy is no stranger to lighting up the ivory on stages throughout the US. "Bon Jovi's music is iconic. It is an all-American energy. Never before have had I felt a challenge with a group of world class musicians to authentically reproduce the details of any given band. Wanted DOA is about the sound. I want this to be the best Bon Jovi experience for our audience; I want them to be blown away" Jeremy proudly states.
Wanted DOA is America's only truly authentic Bon Jovi tribute show performed by some of the music industry’s top players.
